ABOUT

Based in Milwaukee, WI, I work as a composer, conductor, and private instructor.

I am an active multimedia composer, and especially enjoy collaborating with fine artists--adding a distinctive aural element to their visual medium. Past projects include short films, corporate videos, and video collages for private clients. There's not a challenge I won't take on.

Additionally, I enjoy collaborating with musicians worldwide. Most notably, I have had original works performed by the Colgan Choir from the Colgan High School Center For Performing Arts, the Octandre Ensemble, and the delightfully fun Sticks&Strings harp and percussion duo, among many others.

As a conductor, I currently hold the Director of Choirs position at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, where I direct (and frequently compose for) the adult, handbell, and children's choirs. I have also worked as director for the Milwaukee Children's Choir and sung as a member of the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus.

I also enjoy teaching piano, voice, and composition to students in the area. I am selective with my students, but provide a flexible schedule and create a specific curriculum for each student based on their goals and abilities.
